Need a cab? Use Viigo’s new call a taxi service to arrange a pick up.
Within Viigo there are a number of services that that allow you to make plans to do something, whether it is to buy tickets for a movie, book restaurant reservations, purchase seats to a football game or other. Now Viigo is providing a service that makes it easier for you to get to those events and back home.
Located in the Local Interest module, the service gives Viigo users the ability to call a cab with one click. You will then have the option of having the service recommend the taxicab company best able to serve the call or allow a connection to a preferred cab company. To do this, enter the Call a Taxi channel and click on the top banner (outlined in green in the picture below).
By using the Call a Taxi service you can avoid busy signals when connecting to a taxicab dispatch and find the first available taxicab company dispatch during the busiest of times.
Adding the Call a Taxi service to your Viigo is a two step process. First, from within the Local Interest Module, select Add a Channel. Second, select call a taxi from the menu presented.
