Custom News Channels For Your Stocks
We’ve added the ability to create custom Yahoo! Finance news feeds for your stocks. You can track news about a stock (or group of stocks if you wish) and/or track news from the associated industry.
Open the Stocks and Finance folder … and hit Add Channel
There you can either enter one Stock Symbol (in order to to create a feed solely for that stock) or you can enter a list of stock Symbols (if you want to create a blended channel for a portfolio of stocks). Once you have entered the stock(s), you can select to have a channel for News of that stock, and/or of the stock’s Industry.
Here are some example News Channels, some for individual Stocks, others for Groups. Clicking on a channel will bring up a cross-section of news related to that Stock or Stocks from a wide variety of sources.
