BlackBerry Service Outage
Unfortunately there were some BlackBerry service outages last night and this morning that may have temporarily disrupted Newsclip service. This affected our existing users who were trying to update their subscriptions, and it also affected new users who were trying to download and initialize their account for the first time. If you fall into the latter category, we encourage you to come back and try again now that RIM seems to have resolved the connectivity issues.

Attention Newsclip Users:
For those of you who use a BlackBerry to access Newsclip, you may have experienced some service interruptions from Tuesday evening (May 17) into Wednesday morning. As RIM announced early Wednesday, they experienced network problems across North America causing communication delays and an overall system failure.
Our understanding as of 10am EDT on Wednesday is that service has been restored, but there may still be intermittent disruptions with the BlackBerry Internet Service.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that our servers and your Newsclip accounts are secure and intact, and you will be receiving your regular updates once service is fully restored.
